Gayathri Govind

Gayathri heads the bollywood Club in her High school and has given amazing performances in the San Mateo High school, Mateo Motion 19 and other venues. Gayathri picks the songs and choreographs it using Bollywood steps, Classical Indian dance, hiphop, contemporary and modern dance. The fusion of all these forms results in scintillating performances.

Gayathri is a young virtuoso of not only Indian classical dance but also Modern and contemporary styles of dance. She at a young age has specialized in both Kuchipudi ( dance form of Andhra Pradesh), Bharathanatyam and Kathak (a North Indian Dance form). In Modern dance style, she specializes in Hiphop, Jazz and Contemporary dance. Gayathri was awarded the Exceptional Awardee in Performance Art 2023 by the Bay Area Creative foundation.
